By using our website, or purchasing products from our online shop, you agree to the following terms:

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and American Express, Delta, Switch and Visa Electron. All our payment process is hosted on a secure server handled by PayPal. You do not require to have or to set up a PayPal account to use this server. All you require is one of the cards outlined above.

Price
The prices shown on the website are inclusive of postage and packaging.

Delivery
All orders placed with AG Neckwear are subject to availability. Each item is made to order so please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will endeavour to despatch finished goods as quickly as possible. If you have an urgent deadline please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you. We use Royal Mail First Class post to deliver your goods. You will receive an email with a link to a PDF invoice when we despatch your order.

Quality
All items are checked by hand and tested before being sent out.

Colour reproduction
Every reasonable care is taken to make sure the reproduction of colours on the website is accurate. However, there may be a slight variation because of the limits of technology.

Personalisation
Please make sure you check the personalisation details carefully before placing your order. AG Neckwear cannot be held responsible for any mistakes you make in spelling or spacing. We accept no responsibility for checking your spelling.

Returns
We're sure that you'll be delighted with your goods purchased online from AG Neckwear but if you find that the item is no longer required or appropriate then we will be happy to offer a refund within 14 days. This returns policy excludes peronalised items - unless we have made a mistake in the wording - your statutory rights are not affected.

Please email us in the first instance and we will advise you of our returns procedure. All goods must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return so please ensure the correct postage is applied. Please use a trusted delivery service as AG Neckwear cannot take any responsiblity for items lost in transit. Packages should be sent to Returns. We undertake to deal with any complaint quickly and sympathetically.

Recycled packaging
In a bid to do our bit for the environment we will reuse packaging wherever possible.

We will not pass on your details to any other party.

The AG Neckwear neckwarmer design is patent protected. Patent number: 3020412.

General
AG Neckwear reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

The terms and conditions constitute the agreement between AG Neckwear Limited and you (the customer) in respect of the use of our services and of our website, www.agneckwear.co.uk. The agreement is governed by Scots law.

You are not permitted to reproduce, sell or exploit for any personal or commercial purpose any part of the website.
